- Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and/or hands-on experience working with media agencies and gaming industry partners.
- Understanding of different publishers' monetization methods and user acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and strategic mindset with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers.
- Self-starter with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up.
- Understanding of TikTok and TikTok's commercial offering.
