As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the EMEA growth strategy in conjunction with the global growth objectives for the business.

You will manage and develop Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure they have the necessary training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will oversee BDM/sales team efforts to identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring existing markets and targeting new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, aligning with CBRE Data Centre Solutions standards
  • Represent the company at industry events, high-level networking, and promote an image of professionalism
  • Collaborate with Regional MDs and other global BDDs to develop a concise plan for client retention and acquisition
  • Evaluate industry and business trends, analyze performance, and respond with necessary business change

Estimated Salary Range: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
