Job Title: Student Support Administrator

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Support team as a Student Support Administrator. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Student Support department, ensuring the efficient running of the office.
  • Support the onboarding process of new students, including enrolment procedures and sending out timetables.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate inductions, including attendance monitoring, and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a positive approach to problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn and develop, and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
  • Computing skills and qualifications, including those related to word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
