Student Development Coordinator

Our client, a local Public Sector organization, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the Personal Development and Enrichment program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring staff, including presenting programs on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach Personal Development Tutors in delivering high-quality group sessions
- Review and support the improvement of resources to the program
- Ensure effective communication is distributed, logged, and uploaded to college systems
- Organize induction schedules for new Personal Development staff
- Create, develop, and review a mentoring program for new staff
- Conduct regular audits to maintain a high-quality student experience
