Finance Manager Role

The Grassmarket Community Project is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to ensure the effective management of our finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Manage and supervise a team of finance staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
