About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposition Manager to join our team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our Proposition team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering our Wrap platform proposition, aligning it with our business objectives and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our Wrap Platform proposition, ensuring it meets the needs of our advisers and end-clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement propositional developments, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop a roadmap that supports the delivery of our commercial plan.
  • Undertake analysis to support discovery activities in developing business cases for new initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of our Wrap proposition and new product deliveries, tracking key metrics and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with compliance requirements, ensuring our propositions and activities adhere to regulations.
  • Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, applying market insights to enhance our proposition and maintain a competitive edge.
About You

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in proposition management, product development, or a similar role within the financial services industry. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll be a self-driven individual with a keenness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced, developing team. In-depth knowledge of investment platforms, financial products, and services, particularly in the context of direct customers, is essential. A customer-centric mindset and strong understanding of customer needs and behaviours in financial planning are also crucial.
