About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposition Manager to join our Proposition team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Wrap in the design and delivery of propositional developments.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing our proposition for our retail Wrap platform, driving commercial goals alongside a healthy risk management approach. You will be responsible for developing and managing the proposition strategy and initiatives aimed at addressing the needs of our financial advice firm population and the end-clients, the investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Wrap Platform proposition, aligning it with business objectives, the future roadmap, and our customer-centric approach.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including insight, distribution, operational, and technology teams, to ensure developments meet the needs of our advisers and end-clients.
  • Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a roadmap that supports the delivery of the commercial plan.
  • Undertake analysis to support discovery activities in developing business cases for new initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of the Wrap proposition and any new product deliveries, tracking key metrics and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with compliance requirements, ensuring our propositions and activities adhere to regulations.
  • Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, applying market insights to enhance our proposition.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity, able to answer complex problems, and has a proven track record in proposition management, product development, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

You should be able to work as part of a team, give constructive feedback on process improvements, and contribute to a product backlog from ideas to feedback. Experience gathering requirements, facilitation, and process mapping with stakeholders is essential.
