We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Patient Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, carers, and loved ones who contact us with their concerns or compliments.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working closely with our team to support the resolution of complaints and concerns. Key duties will include:
