In this challenging and rewarding role as an Employer Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of individuals in your community. As a key member of the Coyne Recruitment team, you will work closely with our Recruitment Managers and Sector Account Managers to identify and secure new business opportunities, promote awareness of our services, and build strong relationships with employers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business opportunities, and promoting awareness of our services to employers. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals.

Our package includes a competitive base salary of £27,000 (pro-rata for part-time), 25 days of annual leave PLUS statutory bank holidays, access to award-winning management and leadership training, funds for personal and professional development, and a pension scheme to secure your future.
