Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our diverse multi-disciplinary team (MDT) as a Systemic Practitioner, providing systemic interventions to young people, their families, and loved ones. The right candidate will have a real chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in Norfolk.

The main duties of the job include:

  • Providing systemic interventions to young people, their families, and loved ones.
  • Working across our North and South Youth Teams to truly change the lives of the young people in Norfolk.
  • Completing quality assessments with young people.
  • Offering support, supervision, and informal training to colleagues.
