About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning service as it grows to support children and young people's mental health services locally. As a clinical specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the service, developing skills in navigating referrals, and supporting colleagues in building an integrated network of support and intervention.

You will be responsible for having a high level of clinical expertise in mental and emotional health needs, completing full assessments, and taking accountability for clinical decisions. The successful candidate will also provide excellent teaching and clinical supervision, contribute to the production and maintenance of digital resources, and uphold the professional code of conduct.

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro-rata, and a dynamic work environment that encourages staff engagement and development.
