About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Minster Law, a leading personal injury law firm, as an Onboarding Advisor in our Volume Claims Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in handling calls from customers who want to make a personal injury claim following a non-fault road traffic accident.

As an Onboarding Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting clients within agreed service levels to provide advice and information on the claims procedure and Minster Law's services. You will also obtain all relevant information from new clients, ensuring these details are entered correctly and accurately to allow claims to progress. Additionally, you will accurately assess claims for both liability and injury and prepare for submission, as well as arrange medical appointments for clients with agreed providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting clients within agreed service levels to provide advice and information on the claims procedure and Minster Law's services.
  • Obtaining all relevant information from new clients, ensuring these details are entered correctly and accurately to allow claims to progress.
  • Accurately assessing claims for both liability and injury and preparing for submission.
  • Arranging medical appointments for clients with agreed providers.
