**This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire both permanent and fixed-term Customer Service Advisors to work within our Claims Department**

**What you’ll be working on**

This is a key team for answering customer service calls and dealing with all customer service elements.

The main element of the role is to deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes for Minster Law clients. From this role there is a key development opportunity to progress into the Claims team.
- You have experience in a similar role
- Have a passion for customer service
- Thrive on achieving objectives whilst maintaining high standards of work, quality, and client care.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Work
- Good attentional to detail, organisation skills and customer centric approach

**Salary**: £19,838.00-£21,000.00 per year
