**This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire Level 2 Legal Advisors - OIC to work within our Volume Claims Department**

**What you’ll be working on**

You will deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes to contribute to the general success of the business.

**Your day-to-day**
- Dealing with high volume of claims, following the relevant processes and best practise, in order to progress the claims from inception through to settlement.
- Assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports applicable to the Whiplash Matrix
- Accurately assessing next steps to ensure ongoing progress of claims through medical, losses, damages and milestones
- You have proven experience in a similar role
- You are an excellent negotiator with strong communication skills
- You have been accountable for achieving objectives in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work, quality and client care
- You are competent working with a case management system

Pay: £21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
