Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Lord Search & Selection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing sales, mapping the market, identifying, prioritising and pursuing new business opportunities from enquiry right through to successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide sales support and guidance to junior sales team members

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong business development skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience selling to customers within the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery and capital equipment sectors
