Job Description

In this role at Permanent Futures, you will work 2-3 days a week in Lambeth with the remaining time spent working from home. You may occasionally visit Bristol with all travel expenses covered.

This is an Inside IR35 position that requires strong experience in Benefits Management and Benefits Realisation, particularly from a policing, government, or defence background.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employment benefits on behalf of Permanent Futures. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

You will also be required to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices, ensuring that our benefits package remains competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employment benefits strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees and external partners
  • Stay current with employment law and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong knowledge of employment benefits and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
