Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Revenue Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales and marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients;
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Collaborating with other teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and drive results;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- A strong understanding of the hotel's value proposition and ability to articulate it effectively;
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
