Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients;
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Collaborating with other teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and drive results;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • A strong understanding of the hotel's value proposition and ability to articulate it effectively;
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
