Revenue Management Specialist

Ardeta Search is partnering with an innovative Property Management Organisation in Manchester to recruit a Revenue Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a newly created role within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing strategies.
- Analyse booking trends and demand shifts to optimise revenue for each property.
- Implement flexible minimum stay policies to boost occupancy rates.
- Adjust pricing seasonally and design promotional campaigns to maximise profitability.
- Foster direct bookings by focusing on increasing business profitability.
- BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES TO GENERATE DIRECT BOOKINGS.
- Identify and leverage all potential sources for generating bookings.
- Report on direct booking performance, highlighting areas for enhancement.
- Track key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management and pricing strategy.
- Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking websites.
- Proficient use of Price Labs or similar pricing tool.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
This is an excellent opportunity working with a brilliant organisation. Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
