Lead a Team of Dedicated Paediatric Nurses
At Leaders in Care, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Paediatric Senior Nurse to join our team at a leading children's hospice in North London. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to seriously unwell children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct line management support to Band 5 Nurses and Specialist Carers.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the hospice, children's homes, or community settings.
- Plan and review care in collaboration with families to ensure safety and advocacy.
- Ensure fun, sensitivity, and compassion are integral to the care provided.
- Administer medications and maintain the nutritional status of all children.
- Offer training and development opportunities to staff and family members.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £49,976, depending on experience.
- A generous joining bonus of £5,000 over three years.
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service, plus the option to buy or sell leave.
- Pension contributions up to 6% from the employer, with NHS pension options for nursing staff.

Requirements:
- Registration as a Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch).
- Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
- Experience in nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
