About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Children's Nurse to join our integrated team. As a Community Children's Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children and families in their own homes or community settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing nursing assessments and interventions to children
  • Working in partnership with children and families to implement individualized care plans
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual children's care plans
  • Referring children to acute and other services as appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies to deliver clinical care pathways for children and families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RSCN or RN (child) or Learning Disability Diploma/degree level
  • Current NMC registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
