Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician to join our high-performing national roadside assistance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our BMW customers, ensuring their vehicles are safely and efficiently repaired or recovered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles at the roadside using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
  • Undertake or arrange vehicle recovery when necessary, ensuring timely and safe transportation to a dealership or repair facility.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a vehicle or roadside technician.
  • Diagnostic equipment experience and proficiency in fault-finding and repair techniques.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good level of IT competence, with experience using computerized systems and software.
  • Full driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
