We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician to join our team at AWP Assistance UK Ltd. As a Roadside Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our BMW customers by diagnosing and repairing their vehicles at the roadside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles at the roadside using various technologies and diagnostic systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive a first-class service.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and repair faults in vehicles.
Requirements:
- Experience as a vehicle or roadside technician.
- Diagnostic equipment experience.
- Excellent fault finding and repair skills.
- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Good level of IT competence.
- Full drivers' licence.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
