Recovery Driver

As a valued member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our members in need of roadside assistance. Your role will involve driving to emergency locations, rescuing stranded vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a safe and efficient resolution to the situation.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive to emergency locations, navigating through various road conditions and weather conditions.
- Assist stranded vehicles, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring members feel safe, understood, and taken care of.
- Hold a valid Category C driving license (HGV 2) and a digital driver's/tachograph card.
- Be comfortable adapting to new technology and procedures.
- Be willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
