About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Vulnerable Support Coordinator to work with us in Staines, delivering vital housing support services to vulnerable community members.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. As a Housing Officer, you will work closely with local authorities, outreach teams, and housing providers to ensure access to safe accommodation.

  • You will conduct patch visits across Westminster, assessing the needs of tenants and rough sleepers and providing bespoke housing solutions.
  • You will be responsible for effectively managing Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases, taking swift action to protect residents' safety and well-being.
  • You will work collaboratively with local authorities, outreach teams, and housing providers to facilitate access to services and support for individuals transitioning into stable housing.
  • You will carry out needs assessments and risk evaluations, creating personalised support plans to help individuals achieve independence and security.
  • You will maintain accurate records and report on key performance indicators.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in a similar position within social housing or support environments. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential for regular travel across Westminster.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (£18.49 per hour)
