Learning and Behaviour Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in primary or secondary schools across Hailsham.
You will work closely with individual students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a supportive and understanding environment. You will be responsible for implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for the pupil. Monitor and report on the pupil's progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
