Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
* Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in a sales role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
* Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales
