Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Profiles Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients within the recruitment industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers through engaging communication and presentations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
