About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our team at Django Rest Framework. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Workday HCM system, ensuring seamless integration with our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workday HCM System Administration: Configure, secure, and report on the Workday HCM system to meet the organization's needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the Workday system meets the organization's requirements.
  • Implementation and Enhancement: Lead and support the implementation of new Workday modules and features, ensuring a smooth transition for our growing team.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Workday system.
  • System Performance and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • HR Data Management: Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate HR data and provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and other technical projects as needed.
  • Workday Best Practices: Stay updated on Workday best practices, features, and updates to recommend improvements and ensure our system remains optimized.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of in-depth experience with Workday HCM, preferably in a scaling startup environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and data management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Certification: Workday certification is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams.
