Job Description:
Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a global bank, we are looking for a subject matter expert in Workday HCM to help build out our globalisation of the HCM module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
- Lead the globalisation of the HCM module, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Workday HCM.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday HCM features and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM subject matter expert.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Previous experience working with regional and/or global complex entities.
- Knowledge of additional Workday modules, including recruitment, talent absence, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
