Focus On WD is seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in a post-go-live environment. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing your configuration experience with Core HCM, with touch points into other modules such as Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence, and Data plus reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of Core HCM, acting as the Go-To SME within the EMEA team.
- Be influential in working with stakeholders, building strong relationships to see real value of the Workday system and stakeholder engagement buy-in.
- Work as part of a superb HRIS team made up of modular specialists.
Requirements:
▪️ 4+ years of experience configuring Workday Core HCM. Any security experience highly desired along with experience across any of Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
▪️ Excellent stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system.
▪️ BAU/post-go-live support, optimization, new features, resolution, identifying areas of improvement, and releases.
