We are looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Administrator for Higher Education.

About the Position

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and initially a three-month contract – with the possibility to extend.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and management information systems, monitoring budgets and providing statistical reports for the Executive Team.
  • Support the planning and organisation of events such as Award Ceremonies.
  • Undertake other duties as required to ensure the efficient operation of the team and wider university.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and skilled administrative professional to join a prestigious creative University in London and support the Vice Chancellor and other team members.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in higher education or a similar industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently liaise with senior members of the team and other stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in IT skills, MS Office.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
