Role – Head of CRM
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of CRM to join our team at Oscar Digital. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
* Analyze email marketing performance and provide insights to inform future campaigns
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all email campaigns are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely
* Manage consistency of brand and tone of voice in all marketing and communications materials
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
