Director of Customer Relationship Management

Smart DCC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management function. As Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic vision for our operational teams' customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Customer Relationship Management function, including people development and management, financial management, and business planning.
  • Partner with IT service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with customer needs.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization on customer relationship management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement a customer-centric strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience working in a complex customer, supplier, and regulatory stakeholder ecosystem.
