**Job Title:** SEMH Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teacher to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support the academic progress of students with complex social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

**About the School:** Our school provides a supportive and dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on the emotional and social development of its students. We work in partnership with a fantastic secondary special school, rated 'good' by Ofsted, to provide tailored support to students facing complex challenges.

**About the Role:** As a SEMH Teacher, you will work on a 1:1 basis with students, delivering lessons that cater to their individual needs. You will be working within both classroom and outreach settings, using your creativity to ensure students remain engaged in their learning. You will set clear, achievable goals to help students build on prior knowledge and make significant progress.

**Requirements:** We are looking for a teacher with a passion for supporting students with challenging behavioural needs. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential. You must have GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above). Experience working with SEN is essential, as is a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build rapport with students, staff and parents.
