We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate to join our dynamic team in Leicester.

The role is part of our esteemed Sales and Management Graduate Scheme, offering a structured career path with opportunities for growth and development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and developing your skills in various aspects of the business.

Your journey will begin with an intensive training program, where you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

You will then spend time in different roles, including sales support, customer relations, and key accounts, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and expertise.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also receive training in leadership and management, enabling you to take on more senior roles within the company.

Our Graduate scheme offers a competitive basic salary of £23,100, with variable pay and a mobile phone and tablet provided.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a determined graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject, preferably in a business-related field.
