This Sales and Management Graduate Scheme is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to kickstart their careers with us. As a graduate on this program, you will have the chance to experience various aspects of our business, receive comprehensive training, and progress through structured career development.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sales support roles, including indoor sales, customer relations, key accounts customer relations, and telesales;
- Shadowing operational and sales staff to gain hands-on experience;
- Completing our Intro to Sales Development Programme and Leadership Development Programme;
- Assisting with local projects and contributing to team objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject (business-related fields preferred);
- A full UK driving license or working towards it;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A motivated and target-driven approach;
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
