Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance referral volumes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted telemarketing initiatives and event participation.
  • Meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
  • Effectively manage and track leads to ensure a steady pipeline of potential partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, meeting KPIs.
  • Experience in telemarketing and outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
