Deputy Director Policy

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Deputy Director Policy at London Bridge Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading junior staff and ensuring working practices follow Endoscopy national guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively lead junior staff to work according to organisational policies and in accordance with HCA Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure working practices follow Endoscopy national guidelines.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and mentorship of staff.
  • Actively be involved in assessing and managing all clinical risks.

Requirements:

  • RGN Level 1 (current registration with NMC).
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a GI endoscopy unit with 2 years at a senior level.
  • Working knowledge of decontamination of flexible endoscopes.
  • Ideally you will have an associated endoscopy qualification.
