Deputy Director Policy

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Director Policy to join our team at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our policy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our policy agenda and ensuring that our policies are effective and well-implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of policy initiatives that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that policy decisions are informed by a deep understanding of our business operations and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and advocacy groups.
  • Provide policy analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that our policies are evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant policy developments and trends, and identify opportunities for HCA Cancer Network to engage and influence policy decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective policy initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
