Deputy Director Policy

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Director Policy to join our team at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our policy and governance framework.

About the Role

The Deputy Director Policy will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our policy and governance framework, ensuring that it is aligned with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our leadership team, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our policies are effective, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our policy and governance framework.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our policies are effective, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to our clinical staff on policy and governance matters.
  • Ensure that our policies are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in our business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a policy and governance role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective policy and governance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
