Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical PM to join our team at Avance Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to work on building, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Have experience in building, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Have exposure to integration with 3rd party applications.
  • Have knowledge of Contact Center domain.
  • Have understanding of infrastructure and network, cloud networking.
  • Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8-10 + years of experience delivering Contact Center applications or large-scale global cloud-based solutions.
  • DevOps background.
  • Experience with ensuring product solutions delivered are cost-effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle.
  • Experience of tools like JIRA/Confluence/Clarity to manage programme delivery and reporting.
  • Stakeholder and Project management.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Respond to user queries in a timely fashion involving production.

  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
  • Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalations.
  • Confident in communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and senior managers.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and balance competing agendas.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon to fit various audiences.
  • Eagerness to learn new things.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and DevOps and ITIL framework.
