Job Summary
">We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the school, ensuring the smooth running of our office.
">About the Role
">The Office Assistant will work part-time, 30 hours a week over 5 days, from 8:30am to 2:30 pm. You will be responsible for maintaining robust administration systems and procedures for the school's financial information, using various computer applications for daily tasks, managing banking and record keeping for school meals, resolving parental enquiries for online payments, producing the weekly school newsletter, and promoting and marketing the school and nursery.

What We Offer
">Our client offers an annual salary of £23,540 on a part-time basis, with a pro-rata salary of £15,879. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic educational environment.
