Job Description

Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the office. Key responsibilities include maintaining administration systems, managing banking and record keeping, and resolving parental enquiries.

The successful candidate will work part-time, 30 hours a week over 5 days, from 8:30am to 2:30 pm. An annual salary of £23,540 on a part-time basis, with a pro-rata salary of £15,879 is offered.

Key requirements include:

  • Competency in MS Excel and Word
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Good administration skills and the ability to use your own initiative
  • Personal integrity and loyalty, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • A flexible approach and the ability to work independently

A DBS check is required for this position.
