Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives across the Europe & Africa region.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for prioritizing, planning, and executing sales campaigns. Your goal will be to generate leads and sales opportunities through successful campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop training programs to ensure continuous learning and development for SDRs.
* Report campaign progress and strategy to Regional Sales Management.
* Generate leads and sales opportunities through successful campaigns.
* Manage sales and relationship management by geography, major account or product set.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related area required.
* Experience in managing directly or indirectly other sales professionals.
* Experience within a sales role in a software/services organization with a successful track record in sales, preferably selling solutions to the global marketplace.
