We are looking for a talented Quantity Control Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing budgets and cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Salary: We offer an estimated salary range of £36,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and more.

Location: You will be based at our site in RG7 4PR, which is easily accessible from Reading and Basingstoke via public transportation. Free onsite parking is also available.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage budgets and cost estimates for our commercial projects;
  2. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services;
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
  4. Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and policies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant experience in quantity surveying or a related field is essential.
