About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing the development and related activities of our retirement living development in Gillingham.

Your primary objective will be to provide a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle to our Home Owners by coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

As a Development Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and work closely with customers and suppliers to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a background in similar sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care.

You should possess strong administration skills, computer literacy, and previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Additionally, you should be able to work independently, use your own initiative, and be happy working alone with high levels of social contact with residents.
