We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Manager to lead our Front Office team at Claridge's, a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience Management: Oversee the delivery of memorable guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and train the Reception team, promoting a culture of high standards and exceptional customer service.
  3. Operational Excellence: Drive departmental objectives by ensuring optimal staffing, training, and performance, maximising occupancy and revenue.
  4. Employee Development: Evaluate employee performance, recommend promotions, and conduct disciplinary hearings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, anticipating and responding to guest needs to create lasting impressions.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business drivers, including occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in foreign languages preferred but not essential.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
