HR Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Advisor to work with us at Carbon60. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our team, ensuring that all HR-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
This role is perfect for someone who has strong knowledge of employment law and best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Providing guidance on HR-related matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and absence management.
- Policy Development: Ensuring that HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with employment law.
- Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance reviews and developing training programs.
- HR Administration: Handling HR queries, managing communications, and producing reports.
- Initiatives: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
