About the Role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to work with us at Carbon60. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our team, ensuring that all HR-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance reviews and developing training programs.
  • HR Administration: Handling HR queries, managing communications, and producing reports.
  • Initiatives: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
