Senior Manager, Financial Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Accounting to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our Business Advisory Department, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Outsourcing analysts and Seniors across our Colchester and Ipswich offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Outsourcing analysts and Seniors to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services to clients.
- Develop and implement effective workflows to ensure timely completion of bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and deliver proposals to prospects.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of software such as Xero, Sage, Dext, Quickbooks, ApprovalMax, and Go Proposal.
- Review and approve bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT Returns completed by team members.
- Manage client relationships and communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping and VAT returns.
- Extensive practical experience in bookkeeping and financial accounting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in software such as Xero, Sage, Dext, Quickbooks, ApprovalMax, and Go Proposal.
