Senior Manager, Account Management

Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Business Services team. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to clients, including management accounts, VAT returns, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, with prior experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for working with clients to enhance their internal finance function, including preparing management accounts, reviewing client records, and making recommendations for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Preparing management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reviewing client records to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations
- Assisting clients with implementation projects, including planning and training
- Providing financial reporting and analysis to clients
Requirements:
- ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong background in finance operations, with prior experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
